Make the most of buying full packs cause as of the 1st of October you can only purchase 10 at a time new rule those idiots have put out

I have an idea for a scratch card.
There is still going to be prizes that are over the price of the card
For example if the card costs a fiver.
There is still the prizes of 5 pounds upwards but rather than loose the whole price of the card if you don't win you get half your money back.
Say have a symbol in the play area of the card that indicates you got half back
The prizes can be smaller than usual to compensate for the half payouts.
