Its always good to change the whole suspension but in this case I think it doesn't need a whole suspension change, if the control arm is bent we will find it in tracking, the front axle is all good but seeing the rear right wheel ,the control arm may or may not be bent of that wheel cause when I saw it in the video at some angle it seemed to be a little off track, its just looks bent to me but it might not be, I don't know
