    A question that could have been asked is, "Why has the U.S. market wildly outperformed just about all other stock markets in the world?" Will this continue? I'm dumping my developed markets and emerging market index funds because their returns have been garbage next to U.S. market returns. And I've had those funds for over 10 years, so the U.S. outperformance is a long-term phenomenon.

      I invest in index funds. I realize that, for index funds to work, there has to be some active investors influencing stock prices. The few investors who are smart enough to do that well will beat the market and are justifiably rewarded. I'm not one of them.

      Accurate asset allocation is crucial, I used hedging strategies to allocate part of my portfOlio to defensive assets for market downturns. Expert guidance is vital for achieving this. This approach has helped me stay finan-cially secure for over five years, yielding nearly $1 million in returns on invest-ments.

      I’m currently working towards financial freedom with a focus on dividends & growth investing. Since 2014, I’ve built a portfolio made up of 30% NVDA, 25% SCHD and over 40% in digital and alternative assets, thanks to my CFA. This strategy has helped me earn $56,000 a year in dividends. You know what, despite these interviews being amazing the issues is that everyone takes notes and love what they hear but only 1% actually action and do what they learn in these interviews. It would be nice to have some sort of accountability group to ensure that these learnings are actually being actioned on. You can save $3,000 tomorrow to put in a trust fund because of this video but you will go buy a weekend in Miami cuz it’s your birthday week. Many of us aren’t committed

    Even in the dating world, we got to spend all the man’s money on traveling, luxury, paying a woman’s bills, and can’t eat at chain restaurants. No one has a mutual money building mindset, the mindset is who we can get over, a parasitic and consumer mindset.

    Investing in the stock market isn’t paying yourself first..you can gain money or lose money in the stock markets… where can you invest that you can’t lose money.. only gain , other then a CD ?

    • @Sexy40baby1
      @Sexy40baby1 4 дні тому

      Look into ibonds, treasury notes & t-bills. Go do some research on those. Also, it may not gain a lot or gain quickly. But answer this question, why are you skeptical of the stock market? Yes it goes down but it comes back up as well. "Time in the market" is important. Being a landlord can cause you to lose money as well, depending on the tenants & contractor you have. But awesome question, keep asking for more knowledge

    These 1% people also create start ups and look to THEIR people for angel investment for PRIVATE equity. That's where the serious money comes into play. Not just compounded . Were is our UNITY. Our LEVERAGE. Our control. We keep talking about pouring money into already existing companies, which is not bad, but we never talk about merging to control industries.

    On June 12, 2008, Netflix's stock price was approximately $5.25 per share (adjusted for splits). With a $1,000 investment, you could have purchased about 190 shares.
    As of July 1, 2024, Netflix's stock price is around $450. Multiplying the 190 shares by $450 gives you approximately $85,500.
    So, a $1,000 investment in Netflix in June 2008 would be worth about $85,500 in July 2024.
