Foil adhesive is compatible with oil base or water base for top coat

Water based topcoat :) Make sure to test your topcoat beforehand.

I tried 3 of these in a row and messed up everyone, all 3 times I applied it on the wrong side. I have 1 left and it just sits up there looking down at me.
