Delicious and tasty enoki mushroom fritters, crispy on the outside with a generous bite of enoki mushrooms inside.
Ingredients
2 packs enoki mushrooms
1 Scallion
1 red chillie
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
Salt, pepper, mushroom granules to taste
