Countess Anabelle Mark Osegueda was their roadie when they recorded this. Rob sang. Marc Rob and I grew up together.

I like how these guys were so young and had elements of other bands but didn't rip them off. They created their own sound from the beginning. Nobody sounds like these guys.
Still one of the best Thrash demos ever made. 1985-2019 makes no difference. Timeless Kultness!!!! 🤘

PRECIOSO DEMO, UNA JOYA.
I bought the ultra violence cassette a few days after it hit the stores and was amazed at how clear and clean and crisp the sound was , I did not know that this demo existed , and holy shit this was even earlier and all I can say is props to the production crew cause this sound for 1985 ??? You just didn't get quality recording at that time , I was 16 and a metal head so I had plenty of metal tapes + CDs didn't exist then ,,, but damn the clarity is un fuckin real ...

The rest of the band were still in diapers. Kirk would pick them up from the nursery and drive them to the studio.
"Kill As One" is prolly one of the top 5 thrash metal tracks of all time. Makes me wanna circlepit til my shins give out.

Actually that was very common tagger writing back then. Stussy copied it from everyone. Especially common in cali.
Uhh, Stussy predates 1985, so it's highly unlikely that they "copped" their logo from the Rebel Productions

when it was the original lineup, i think den always sang thrashers. mark hadn't joined the band yet when they wrote it.
the intro to the ultra violence sounds like the intro to wasted years by iron maiden. you can just tell where some of their influence came from
