Nice video. I have several GORUCK rucksacks. GR1 21L, GR1 26L and GR2 34L. I just might add this one to my collection since GORUCK has brought it son into production.
I have the Gr2 26l , 40l, the 15l echo, and the 15L Rucker 2.0….the Radio remains my favorite and most used. I would totally recommend getting on the shorter/wider form-factor it makes a difference.
@@NaturallyNerdy I also want the GR2 26L whenever it’s available again. I like the 18 inch height like the 21L. I like the amount of stuff I can put in the 26L, but it’s a little too long for comfort. Thanks.
@Tommy Lane if you haven’t done so. Id recommend the text message alert for the gr2 26L (I did this back in July) on GoRuck website. I understand about the length (I’m 5’2) I’ve used the Gr2 26L a number of times as a personal item on flights for trips 3 to 6 days and it’s been a wonder!
Very well! I use it as my commuter bag when going into the office. And on occasion as a grocery bag. Structurally the bag is fully intact I’ve never had a issue with the zippers or shoulder straps
@@NaturallyNerdy that's funny, I originally also used that size for edc(recycled firefighter24), but have also downsized to around 10-12L. Well, if you are interested in possibly letting it go, i may be interested in buying it from you, see what this radio is about🤷🏻♂️.
@@NaturallyNerdy My first was a 15L Bullet which I traded for a 26L GR1. Then I got another 15L Bullet, a 21L GR1 Huckberry, and then one of the last USA made 34L GR2s.
More please - love your perspective.
madtho thank you :)
Great review! Digging all your bag reviews

@@NaturallyNerdy sounds awesome! It looked great in the video. So what was it's daily proposes replaced with? Did you go down or up in size?
@@PanaMaJwaaRd I used the Radio as a EDC/ weekend bag originally (pre Covid). I went down in size…My daily bags are now 10 to 15 liters.

Where did you get the frame sheet?
I bought this Ruck second hand and the frame sheet luckily came with it. It’s a Kydex frame sheet. You can get one from ruckcustoms.com/
