It think it makes a lot of sense to give overlooked early PR ships good augments. Makes it much more appealing for new players to pick them up, which is very easy these days since they can just buy 7-10 blueprints a day and actually research later PR seasons.
The cn evaluators are saying Sandy’s the second best dps cl after Plymouth. If her damage is actually that high in practice then her augment is just broken.
When i saw the patchnotes. I was like, "No way, they wouldn't make her even more insane. She's already insane for AA. Retrofitted for more damage output. Now, another module that just makes her even more insane. "
Izumo and Sandy Augments opened the door for other Augments like this. Warspite, Roon, Ibuki and many more are noe candidates. Roon could lose her aweful ammoswap
I had to use San Diego's in 12-4 before I could believe what I read. She basically gets another gun that ignores shields, which is a noticeable boost to surface damage on top of the great AA buffs it gives her

What's your take on Le Malin's augment? Looking at the data mine doc you linked, it seems she remains a mediocre DD, which is a bummer considering her design is so good.
It kills me that the augments all take 15 SSR augment stones. They should discount the augments on weaker ships. Who in their right mind would ever make the Spence augment.
Its more than that, Chapter 15 has you fill a carrier support fleet at 00:10, where the carriers in that specific fleet provide more fighter planes to counter swarms of enemy planes.
Nice buffs for Sandy, However, as a Z46 AA supermacy fan, i reject Sandy. The Aug buff a little bit too much (Guess it because its the 1st UR Aug). Aug rated 4/10. Worse than Agir's memo.

Isn't Izumo's very low RLD stat going to really hurt her? She has 148 RLD at 125.

its the shimanto gun (Triple 150mm (Type 5 Prototype)) when equiped on a vanguard ship it give another AA gun to the ship
