After watching tons of MHW vids, I still love classic MH gameplays with snipes and epic evasion

Yea, you're totally right. I just did a GS run on Amatsu myself and it wasn't NEARLY as smooth as this.

I dont think theres room for improvement. You only missed a total of 2 hits. Only way I can imagine is bad RNG with AI or Crit ...
Irgendwann trifft die routine auf einen Amatsu der sich brav vermöbeln lässt und du kriegst wetten NOCH nen bessere run hin. amazing work till now with all ur runs btw

Nice run. Soviel freiraum für verbesserungen seh ich da gar nicht. Wieviele amatsus hast du denn zerlegen müssen bis du den run geschafft hast?
Meine Gildenkarte sagt um die 80, aber ich habe ja nicht jeden Run beendet.

can someone tell me, how he manage to activate dreadking soul?? he said he use talisman focus+5 expert+6 3slot..this armor should has 9 point for dreadking but why it can activate the skill?? also there suspicious one of his gem at his GS, what is red gem use for??

Aber Spaß beiseite, krasse Zeit - nur wo siehst du bei dem Run noch großartiges Verbesserungspotential?
Wenn ich die zwei Charges nicht verfehlt hätte und ihn am Ende irgendwie baiten kann sich umzudrehen oder nicht wie blöd herumzuchargen.
Aber Verfehlen ist doch Teil deines einzigartigen Styles...!

does anyone notice when he was using absolute readiness he maxes out the shaprness. i am running the deviant nargacuga and with striker and drinking hunter drinks and i cant get it to do that it doesnt make any sense. what set were you using?
Javier Rivera Absolute Readiness restores a set amount of sharpness (not sure how much but it's very little). Since he's using a Great Sword he barely hits the monster so he loses very little sharpness and it's enough lost sharpness for Absolute Readiness to restore him to his maximum. If he had Razor Sharp skill he was losing half so it's even less. Not sure if he was but the fact he's using Great Sword means small use of sharpness.
MrFlox888 not really. All weapon types do have a set number of hits in order for it to loose sharpness so that absolue readiness is balanced out with all weapon types. Same with how they caculated all damages from all weapon typse to their natural raw state because all weapon types have diffrent motion value. So no its not because a gs hits less because if that were the case dual blades would loose sharpness the fastest of all weapons and gun lance would barely loose any sharpness, and on top of that gs does charge attacks which is bound to weaken the weapon faster just as all charge blade attacks do.He was using razor sharp.
MrFlox888 it also puzzles me how his talis was expert 6 and focus 5 000 and he has ex kaiser chest a rathalos head, dread king waste. So he has critical eye 1 or 2 with weakness exploit and fast charge. I dont know the arms or leg peice but judging by the fact that there wouldn't be any points for razor sharps those peices were probably r sets that give plus 5 razor sharp which idk what armor peices have that
Javier Rivera absolute readiness restores 10 units of sharpness. So either you attack too much or something is wrong with your game. It works for me that's why I'm always able to stay in white sharpness.
Javier Rivera each attack loses one unit of sharpness. So dual blades run out quickly while great sword uses them very slowly. You can also look at his set there is no razor sharp. It's in the description.

Ich weis ehrlich nicht wieso aber mir macht mknster hunter generation nicht so viel spass wir monster hunter 4 ultimate obwohl es in mhgen mehr maps gibt usw
Geht mir genauso. Tausend Sammelquests mit dem gleichen Ziel (ich musste bestimmt 5x zehn Unique Mushrooms sammeln...), Bherna hat ungefähr so viel Atmosphäre wie ne Brötchentüte und eigentlich fühlt sich Generations für mich mehr wie ein reiner Multiplayertitel an, weil die Dorfquests so unspektakulär sind und es nur wenig HR-quests/Advanced-Quests gibt. Und dann sind die Deviant-Rüstungen auch nicht so der Bringer, von einer Handvoll mal abgesehen, was die Frage in den Raum stellt, wieso man sich die Mühe machen sollte, sie aufzuleveln. Noch dazu musstest du dir in 4U alles erarbeiten, von zusätzlichen Orten (wie Dundorma) und Teilen von Monstern, die nicht im Spiel sind und nur beim Wycoon erhältlich sind bis hin zu Guild Quests durch Expeditionen. In Generations kriegst du ziemlich viel geschenkt und alle Dörfer sind gleich zugänglich.
ja dazu kommt noch das einfach jeder irgendwie es schaft jr80 ider so zu sein in mh4u war es was besonderes für mich g könig zu sein und hier ist einfach jeder nach 100 spielstunden oder weniger schon jr keineahnung was ich hab auf denn spiel schon 107 spielstunden und bin jr5 weil ich dieses spiel genisse (also wollte ich eigentlich) aber alle anderen rushen einfach durch dieses speil

if you can get a high crit fire weapon with the same raw as this you might be in better shape next run. elemental attack is one of the things people tend to underestimate.
I recently ran a hyper zinogre with the hellblade katana and the fucker simply would NOT die, took me 20+ mins just to kill it.
Went in with a full hr yukumo gemmed for attack up and a maxed out (for hr) gammoth katana, using yukumo's crit to negate its negative crit and suddenly the fucker went down in five mins just because my raw+ ice damage total'd to nearly 300 damage overall. it was around 310 with a mega demondrug.
i'm not exactly sure how element damage factors in, but zin being weak to ice leads me to believe that it could potentially have been nearly 340 damage i was doing total

Many people tend to forget that elemental weapons are very good in the game. I recently finished making the Deadeye Yian Garuga armor to lvl 6 and it only took me and another hunter and hour to make because we used Water elemental weapons. I don't think people underestimate Elemental weapons i think its just most hunters don't know the Elemental weaknesses to most monsters and i don't blame them trying to keep track of which monster is weak to what. But yea Elemental weapons are very powerful if paired with the right armor.
By the way i used the Toka Armor which gives:
Critical Boost
Elemental Crit
Repeat Offender

I think he's using Guild, mainly because of the strong charge being present, and how it looks like he used Absolute evasion and Absolute Readiness for his arts.
