I think the follow up email you described from US people is a habitual part of good business practice used to follow up meetings or important conversations to indicate complete appreciation of your collaboration.
In New Zealand those rear indicators would be a fail as the left or right can't be seen from the right or left, they must be fitted to the rear of the bike.
55:24, maybe the difference between AUS and the US is the period of influence of the 'colonisers' . Having more exposure to a steady (sort of) way of life and an established system of governance and that being the way it continued.
Matt, on the thing of opening the throttle a few times before starting; some bikes have accelerator pumps (as I'm sure you know), so he may have been trying to squirt some motion lotion directly down her throat. Having said that ... it's Del so there might not even be a pump on that carb and he's just doing it because it's a 'dark art' starting a carbed bike.
If people like Dell can’t work out how to test/check their bike after a rebuild, whilst concerned about MOTs etc, I would suggest they steer well clear of building motorbikes! FFS! 🤦♂️
lol at first vid, i got knocked off mine at 17, picked the bike up straight away, hour later found out my wrist had snapped in the crash, adrenaline ftw.
I feel that, 3 months ago I broke my wrist, shutdown the workshop, put my tools away, washed and changed, called someone to take over the shift, drove to the hospital, no problem, after an hour wait they tried unsuccessfully 3 times to line it back up. That's when the adrenaline wore off and I believed that it would might be less painful to amputate.😂

re: del "priming" the bike with a throttle pump- i think that carb has an accelerator pump circuit which does squirt gasoline at full throttle

Do HD's have APs?
@@dirtygarageguy when I said the notification I read it as "do HD's have AIDs?" 🤣🤣🤣
I've stopped getting suspiciously greasy rings on my fork tubes. Starting to suspect there's no oil left in them.
Give Matt a thumbs up!

Those first clips were great - the first clip complains about hitting a pot hole, but WTF was he riding in the gutter for, no wonder he came off?
Thought Del's comment about the 'fall away' test on Harleys was weird and possibly idiotic. What, do Harleys have special steering stems or something?
It's almost like he's stupid!

He is really making up videos, losing project ideas and probably money too.
Soon Matt will be the only one watching!
@@tonycooper4141 if he could change the way he does stuff and learn something he would benefit even more but ...
