I had a really lovely body image pin drop moment. When i realized it literally doesn't matter what anyone else thinks i look like. im the only eyes i have to see through. I have to enjoy what i see in the mirror. and its just a choice, i have to be the hottest thing, beauty is measured by me, I'm the only looker. Its also helpful when your are triggered to stop yourself and flip the thought to something that goes to the end in the way you want. It really is all about what you choose to see in front of you. I could see that my person is going really slow, and insecure and doesn't know what to do, and is never goanna get it together. Instead I see a man who is confidently taking the lead, taking his time to make sure he keeps showing up in the best energy. Who knows im the bes thing thats ever happened, and he tells me all the time. :)
