Before I used Episode Interactive, I used to create stories in the app. I liked it because it was way easier. But there were less clothing in the app. Let me just say. DO NOT GIVE UP. INSTEAD WATCH THESE VIDEOS. THEY REALLY DO HELP!

Dig Bick it glitches if you test it to much so what you have to is hit return when On the episode coding (whatever you wanna call it) and then hit save and preview and it should show up normal so I recommend adding outfits in after you finish the rest of the chapter
Yyou have to click " new outfit which is on top of the list of outfits. After you choose the outfit then you are going to type a name of the outfit. Make sure you didn't select the character name_default

this happend to me to and when i changed their outfit the oringinal outfit i had on my character was gone and everything before it that she did was in the new outfit
@Cliodart In my script I want my character to take her clothes off in front of her husband so she's naked (of course privates are blacked out) in the same scene so I tried it this way. @character top_off AND @character changes into outfit_... But it didn't work. How to strip for her man in the same scene?

For the name use input What is your name?| What is your name?| Done (NAME) Name the default character NAME, when another character is talking about the main character just type in NAME where you want the name to be.
You're so good at explaining! I first used the mobile version and I really liked it, so I was pretty bummed when they removed that function. I also got quite confused when I used this version, so this has helped me alot. Thanks!

This is so helpful! Im writing a story at the moment called Backing up. Its about this girl called Gigi is a backing singer/dancer for famous pop star (Leah Flores) but Gigis colleague (Kendall- Another backing singer/dancer) is jealous that Gigi is more popular in public and she will do everything and anything to get rid of her!. Also Gigi is after Leah Flores' boyfriend (Ben Lawz) but she could end up getting sacked!
Don't forget if you want to change their outfits in other episodes you make sure you write their oringal outfit into the first episode for example If you are planning to change outfits in later episodes @Character changes into outfit_default in the first episode and then for any other episode you can change the outfit @CHARACTER changes into Party this will stop your outfits from clashing and make it clear on your episode script that you don't want this as their main outfit! :) just to help anyone out
I have published a few stories but I made them all on mobile I am making a new one on my pc and its hard so thank you for your tutorials they are a lot of help :)

I think you should make a season 2 for it.
Why Limelight has less features - Episode is still working on Limelight features, like hair and clothing. Don't expect to get a huge variety of features straight away, it's just like Ink. They actually use effort and time. Try making many illustrations of clothing in one day, see for yourself if you can do it.

I know I am about 2 years late, but I know a solution! If you change the character's outfit at the beginning of the episode to what you want that character to wear until the next time you change the outfit it should work when changing the outfits later in the story :))

When I try to change outfits in my story, when i go to preview she is wearing the outfit I told her to change into. How can I fix this?

I know I am about 2 years late, but I know a solution! If you change the character's outfit at the beginning of the episode to what you want that character to wear until the next time you change the outfit it should work when changing the outfits later in the story :))
