When a long root is overflowing and growing too much outside the pot, you can take the following steps to improve the situation and maintain the plant’s health: Check the health of the roots: Sometimes, overflowing roots may signal that the plant is searching for moisture or may need repotting. Ensure the roots are healthy and not showing signs of rot or overwatering. Prune carefully: If the roots are too long or showing signs of rot, you can gently trim them using clean, sharp scissors.
