Location, quality of unit, etc. It'll go for 2-3k easy. You know who can afford that? Not locals thats for dam sure. It'll be the mainland people who do remote work and is rolling with money. Besides locals don't want affordable condos. (which doesn't exist by the way which HOA by itself runs 1000+/month). They want affordable HOUSES.
