Funny, I got my 02 7.3 about a year and a half ago..and I have invested quite a bit, myself. But DAMN WORTH IT! LOVE MY GIRL, 263k on her and well seasoned. So, driveshaft, front axle & radius arms w springs, steering, brake calipers, wheels & tires, ac system, and tranny went 2 months ago like yours. Also, dropped fuel tank for harpoon-modification and deleted tank filters. But haven't touched the engine. It's got the typical leaks from hpop & pedestal, which is on the list.

The costs on these trucks add up really fast, but I have to agree that it's worth it!
How the tires doing? Need to get a new set of 37’s and nittos we’re $2400 compared to $1200 for milestars. I have 05 250 deleted studded 6” lift.
The tires are doing pretty good. I think I have a little over 15,000 miles on them and they are at probably 50% tread. I just got new wheels in last week and I'm definitely going to put another set of Milestars on the truck. These tires are very capable and definitely a good bang for your buck.
Just put 37x13.50r22 on mine last week and couldn’t be happier. Very quiet and smooth ride compared to my TOYO MT’s and about $1000 cheaper.

Any major troubles with the 6.0?
There have been a lot of major problems with my 6.0! I've replaced the Oil Cooler, Injectors, Head gaskets, turbo, HPOP, and many other things as well. I'm going to make a video soon about the details and how much all of it cost to build.
