How to make Pumpkin Rolls

Cooking with Gwenda is a series with experienced bed and breakfast innkeeper Gwenda Pryor and her daughter Lorelei. This videos shows how to make Gwenda's famous pumpkin rolls.
Ingredients:
(for the pumpkin roll)
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup canned pumpkin or squash
(for the cream filling)
1 8 oz bar of cream cheese
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla
