Retail heroes: José Galló and Lojas Renner's corporate culture

With three cameras at hand (and the wish for a nice 'churrasco'), we landed in Porto Alegre, Lojas Renner hometown, on the night of Dec 3 2017. The following day, we met José Galló at his home at 7:30 a.m. We put a microphone on his lapel and started following him around. Throughout a typical workday, he spoke about Renner's culture, challenges and opportunities. The 8 hours of tape became this 20-minute video, a rare, intimate access to one of Brazil's most respected CEOs. This is the first of a series of videos with leading CEOs and self-made people that Brazil Journal will publish.
