My native village name is kalayamputhur agraharam, near palani railway station. My residence at chennai in Nanganallur. I used to travell by this train upto palani and return to chennai it is comfortable to travel with my family members in this train

In palani railway station, there is no facilities like car shed, water filling to trains etc., So that palani express extended to palakkad junction. These facilities available in pallakkad junction. Railway running staffs rest houses available in pallakkad junction.
I like this journey from Chennai to Palakkad through Palani. And both the locomotives which ran this train I like them very much. Golden rock dual cab EMD wdp4d is my favourite diesel locomotive of India whereas among electric locomotives of India I like wap4 and wap7.
Now, electrification line finished upto dindugal junction and trains speed limit upto Salem 120 kmph after that upto dindugal 90kmph. Dindugal to pallakkad hauled by disel engine speed limit 80 kmph
I think this was train going to Palalakkad via Namakkal palani. Twice weekly train from MGR Central can also operate since Palani is a religious centre.
Those, who want do dharsan at pazani malai from chennai, it is very convenient to travel this train from chennai central. Next day morning at 7am reaching pazani. Same day evening 6pm return from pazani and next day early morning it will reach chennai Central at 4.30am.
This is not circuties route. From chennai central towards pazani is western direction. So this trains is runing western direction upto Salem, then slightly south direction upto dindugal and again (reversal) runing upto pallakkad western direction.

I and my family members travelled by this train last week. Onward jurney on 3/3/21 n return journey on 8/3/21. Travelling upto palani.
