Hi! Glad you're doing well and enjoying some family time in your busy household. So, which dress did you wear to the wedding? The blue-green one? The orange one? Both looked so good on you. Loved your haul! Working in the States I miss going to the shops, but I do like American shops. Kroger and HEB are amazing. Lots of Mexican and southwest treats that I love. Enjoy your Costa coffee! thanks for all the extra stuff you tell us, I am not on a diet but I still like to listen and like I said, helpful extra info, what goes,, what's a snack, prices and meals ideas. thanks and good luck getting on the path you want, Pepsi max and coffee should help cause that makes you more stimulated to do stuff, it was banned on the ward I was in in hospital so as to make us tired and save energy haha

Count chemicals, not calories. Especially in sun 🌞 factors. X Also absorbing Vitamin D helps with weight loss.
