- The C-ABMBEN has just departed the Absaloka Mine (Hardin, MT) and now heads for the Forsyth Sub with a load of Montana Black Gold. These were the good ole days when MAC's were in charge of the Coal. Enjoy!

Thanks airing The outstanding video with magnificent locomotives. Endeavors are prominent. Bliss
The MACS are always fun to catch Robert! Another great video man! :)
Classy old BNSF loco motives I like it!
Love the BNSF Executives, just don't see them around much anymore and almost never running up front, nice catch and great video!!!

Great video, shoot the same and have fun😃✌
When was this?
They should paint some aces in the executive scheme.
荒野英雄傳! 🤩🤩🤩
3 engines going down grade, my question how many to take the same up that grade. What % grade is it.
So the grades varies from 1.02% to 0.36% on the BNSF Sarpy Subdivsion.. So every train gets a standard 3-4 locomotives.
Not much power is needed to move the empties. The coal loads come down the hill and the emptys up.
Beautifully shot! In the several trips I've made to Montana over the years, I've never visited this line. Is it worth a day trip?
The line is pretty slow these days. More seasonal based now.
How much wagons in this train?
