HOLACRACY AGAINST PLUTOCRACY

In this interview Mr. Komnenos said that “… But local plutocracy won’t give up their wealth easy. For sure on the way to peace, social autonomy and prosperity there will be attempts to introduce dictatorship. Surely such attempts will fail. Redistribution of power and wealth will be harnessed and soon. Cyprus society is already adopting. I will strive to help it to become a viable, autonomous and heterogeneous society”.
In Switzerland Mr. Komnenos debated with Christoph Camenisch the prospects of holacracy. See video. Holacracy is a viable technology to replace plutocracy. It gives the people the power of self-management. Authority and decision making are thus decentralized and distributed.
