Overwatering and underwatering both lead to droopy Aeonium leaves. I’m your case it doesn’t seem to be underwater case. I would suggest you check that your soil mix or pot mix is well drained. Also do not water until the soil mix is completely dry. Follow dry and soak method for watering.

Good one and thanks for your feedback. The growing season for aeonium is winter to spring, so the plants grow in a cooler, damper environment than most other succulents--approximately 18 to 25 degrees Centigrade While the plants can grow year-round, aeoniums often go into dormancy in the summer months and do not require much watering except in extreme heat.⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hi Astha, thanks. Leaf propagation works best for succulents with fleshy leaves, such as jade plants. I’ve been very successful with leaf propagation if jades however, I’ve never tried Propagation of AEONIUM through leaf. Still it is possible to do it. Take a leaf cutting (a whole leaf complete with the node). Let the leaf dry for a day or two, more in humid locations, then gently push it in a premium quality potting mix pot. Shower water is gently. It should work.. don’t try it in summer as these respond well in spring and winter.
