I've got a question... mayby you could help... there are 4 banks of 8 sliders and 8 knobs in the oxygen mini pro... why is there only 2 banks for 4 sliders and 4 knobs available in the preset editor wich only control 1 bank... how can I configure the 3 others banks (48 controls that I can't use)...
Exactly - I am missing these also. That would make the software a bit less useful. I bought the oxy pro mini *because* it has this additional banks ....
They took all the versatility away from the controller because you cant easily assign midi channels to CC’s, this makes the controller limited to one channel unless you use this app to make minor changes, the problem is you will always have to open the app up to make a change

Have managed to get most controls to work, but cannot seem to get faders to work to control volume and would really like them to. Can you help? Thanks
Pretty easy to use. Press tempo, and press it multiple times to do tap tempo. Press it once and then spin the dial under the screen to change it more precisely.
Hi. My Oxygen Pro Mini worked first time when I was using it in Logic Pro. But now when hit keys nothing happens only when I hit the pads it starts working and can hear an instrument what I chose . Please help me. Probably I did something in the settings and it messed up. I even tried to reset it to factory settings , but it did not help.

Thanks for these video! I was curious if anyone has been able to use the DAW shortcuts on the Pads through holding the shift button. “Pan” is lit up, and when in DAW mode, the knobs effect the Pan, but “Device” and “Sends” don’t seem to be options. I’ve been using Pro Tools and Logic.
I'm interested in making use of nearly every button on this controller from within Cubase for example. they just added a feature that allows you to make your own controller surfaces in Cubase but I'm thinking the internal firmware of this thing might get in the way.
That might work for you because in my experience pretty much every button I’ve tried has a CC message tied to it. You can do something similar in MPC Beats.

Like e.g. I have the free trial version of pro tools, and the controller has a preset for pro tools, which I would use in the DAW. Than I cannot use presets for the grand piano, because I am already using presets for PT, is this correct? Than isn't this possibility to customise presets something people who work in DAW's will hardly ever use? If I am just being an ignorant beginner here, I'm happy to learn!

Dman. Thanks for put out the knowledge. I am having some issues while running a DAW FL20. There are a couple of things noticeable. One, the tempo on the sample from "Black Flash" Saif Sameer, the tempo is now slower while trying to recall the same. Any advice on that? Also, how do you adjust the weight of the keys or the response time as you play the notes? Thanks hope is good.
Hi! My pitch bend is jumping up and down. I think there is a ghost in my oxygen pro. Tried cleaning it and updating firmware but it still acts that way. Sent a ticket to support. Hopefully they will tell me if my keyboard is posessed or if it is a factory malfunction.

I just bought my first midi controller, which is the one in the title. I tried to update the firmware while following the instructions very carefully, but the firmware updater stated that it failed to update the firmware and that I should unplug and replug my keyboard controller. On the other hand, the controller's screen was showing "updating" but the progress bar wasn't progressing.. so I waited a bit and when nothing happened I unplugged it and plugged it back only to see it saying "ready to update" and the updater can't even recognize it being plugged in anymore. I don't know how to factory reset it but i googled it and saw other M-Audio Oxygen controllers being reset by holding both the octave buttons then turning it on, which i did, multiple times but still nothing. I have contacted the support but they won't answer me until after the weekend. I'm really scared that I have bricked it, but I honestly didn't do anything wrong (there's nothing wrong you can do it's just a single button). If someone knows or have had this problem before please contact me, and feel free to ask any questions if you want. Thanks
After more than 1 year, you can still only edit 4 sliders and 4 knobs (in 2 banks) with the software (and on the device itselve). This is still a serious error that should be repaired by M-Audio. I tested this today with my new bought M-Audio Oxygen Pro Mini on 24-5-2024.
One of the reviews on Amazon is claiming that the air plugins are free for a limited time then you have to buy a license does anyone know if this is correct?

As a noob who has been playing around at random, how do you do a factory reset of the board?
Hold down the octave up and down buttons at the same time while turning the controller on to reset to factory.
