Great Video i really enjoyed it! but you sure did butcher both Daniel Vávra's name and Troskovice, that's normal for foreigners pronouncing czech words (what i recommend is putting the word into google translate in the original language and pressing the play sound button.) As i Live in the Mladá Boleslav District (so the second game will be much more closer to my heart than the first game) i can confidentely say that the castle feels much more vertical in real life. and please, i'm interested in heraldry and it hurts when people say it so don't call it an emblem and definetely don't call it a crest(that is the thing above the helmet) call it a Coat of arms
If the game takes place at this castle AND Kutna Hora, they need to scale down the map quite a bit. Castle Trosky is about 90 km away from Kuttenberg/ Kutna Hora
the game takes place across two separate maps. One is the Bohemian Paradise where Trosky castle is located, and the second is centered around Kuttenberg.

Honestly? I use to travel around the Trosky, when I move between parents and workplace. It is nice to see the castle meanwhile you drive around... BUT... In case you might start to think that you try to visit that place (cause some ppl visited even Rataj and Talmberg)...
In comparison with other castle ruins? There is absolutely nothin, just a nice view from the tower.
Higher tower cant be reached, lower tower can be. I wasnt upstairs, cause I dont like heights but friend told me that you can have view only from the windows anyway... You pay like 11euro for entrance to get under the higher tower and getting acces in lower tower. There is nothing else. Also I would expect that the price of the entrance increases (because they did some repairs around towers and bcs of getting more famous from game).
So my advice? Ik its not in game but in case you think about visiting this area, theres tons of castles around where entrance is free or even lower (and with much more to see... Like castle Bezdez). Hope that I helped you and maybe even changed your mind.
And for the end, a bit of history from Trosky. It was guarding castle. From Trosky you can see more castles (I remember Frydstejn and Bezdez). Trosky (like Frydstejn) were besieged by Hussites (peasant army of Jan Zizka, it happened after the whole kcd story, in 1420-24 I think). Lower and higher tower got names. In czech, Higher tower is called panna (like a virgin/maid) and lower tower is called baba (like a old woman).
Theres a saying that these towers got such names because of Hussites siege. Hussites sieged castle twice. At first attempt they failed, but in the second attempt they succeded like in 99%. Why in 99%? They got in the castle, in the courtyard, all what was left to siege was towers. Hussites have managed to get in the lower tower, cause the crew surrendered, but higher tower did not surrender. Because of that theyre called baba (lower) and panna (higher). As you can guess in translation its meant like one is untouched and one is used. Also you can call a coward/scared person baba (thats another meaning in czech and maybe another reason why towers got such names).
More boring option of the names is, that baba is older tower and panna is new one :D

Great video but as you rank trosky I dont think its accurate because of the model you saw is not perfect. I was there 2 day ago and I can crearly say it will be much harder for army to get there and their defenses was much higher.
I see, where were you when I was researching this video haha! now that i think about it more, maybe the scene where they shot the guard that opened the gate was at Trosky castle. if that's the case then I'll have to revaluate the score. at least an 8.5/10

i m pretty interested how big the czech paradise will be cause just 2 train stops from Trosky castle theres chateau Hrubá skála which was build in 1353 as castle called just Skála.

btw ive been there in summer 24 and it was epic. if youre interested to visit it in real, i think you have to try train, theres going small diesel train from the city of HK "hockey fans know" to the Turnov city by czech railways, and i think its pretty romantic going around all small vilages. btw especially in the summer if youre lucky you can also meet a steam train as i did lol.
