You should compare a range of replacement heads, the best one I found at Wickes with the highest flow rate cost £4.99 with 10% discount too. Those with multiple settings will give a whole range of hole sizes and number of holes. You can't get more output pressure than the input without limiting flow!
It’s not supposed to do anything to the pressure, the beads inside have negative ions that soften the water. We use it for our drinking water because it takes the chlorine taste away.
You do realized that’s one of the main reason people buys the zenbody head shower because of the “increase pressure” it is even listed so if it doesn’t then it’s a false advertising. Not a complete but still false as it is suppose to increase the water pressure and everyone test for the water pressure and not much about it filtering out the water...

Thanks for the review, I did email them to ask if it works with a combi boiler, not very helpful reply: "I'm not too familiar with your type of shower, so I strongly suggest that you look at reviews online ... look at these UA-cam videos" doesn't fill me with much faith, commitment or care tbh.

My partner has ordered one without telling me from a different company for our electric shower. He said he saw people on tik tok saying how good they are and that they have very good ratings but I've only ever heard of people complaining about them. I can't stand the look of the beads and seeing the water through it. After awhile the beads are gonna be gross 🤮
The beads slowly disintegrate over time, so they don’t become dirty, so don’t worry. I totally agree with you on the look of the shower head, you may be interested in the new Matt black version, you can’t see the beads (and it looks much better!) I reviewed it very recently and the video is on this very channel 😊

Your old shower head would have been clogged with limescale, even if you replaced it like for like, it would have seemed better.
