You have me addicted to LIDAR. So revealing and mind boggling the truth under our feet. I am in the New Forest and have found the tunnel from LEWIS Carrols Alice in wonderland. The book was based on his estate called Kruffnals. It was a secret passage leading out of the house [ which is long gone, but rubble is left half burried!]. One of many oddities around this area. Found old Victorian eel trap and dams, a large construct in the middle of the forest. Thanks for the inspiration.
I'm glad i can be of inspiration😊 I've just had a quick look at new forest myself and wow it just smacks of potential place for alot of "hidden" goodies!! Almost certainly going to pay a visit that way at some point!! Lidar has been a game changer for me!! No matter where i am now if i see something i have to stop whatever i'm doing and load the Lidar there and then in the hopes of uncovering more... It's actually quite mind blowing what you can find when you start looking... i never realised half of this existed before Lidar and have come across plenty of "brick/stone graveyards" which show nothing on current maps but reveal lots more when you search lidar and older maps!!😎💚
So glad you started this channel 🙌 love Paul's work and the anticipation waiting for new videos has been softened with your videos in-between.. keep up the fantastic work guys.. 👏
Absolutely loving your content Nicky!! Keep up the good work! We are in the time of 'Revelations' the 'Appocolypse' meaning the time of 'Revealing' 😉 👍 🙏
Recommend investigating thickets of Scotch pine. These are often used to landscape below ground formations likely set up by dealers in opium storage from prior to the opium wars. A lot of construction in these methods could predate Howden tunnel building techniques. In terms of age. Many grottos would have seen some pucca or kutcha surfacing as in Ganges River Delta Deredun canals. Time period just prior to howden drilling machines? 1810-1850 my suggestion. British engineers such as Proby Cautley were designing armoured grotto formations mimicking those of ancient temples around the world during Pax Brittannia and later.
Hiya Nicky im a local to you and also a fan of truth, would love to meet up for a dab and a chat/walk etc i spend a lot of time around Malvern and ive discovered some amazing biblical connections to Herefordshire Wales. Thanks for your intentional path dude
Yeah 100% up for this!! I am planning on hitting Malvern's hard at some point in the near future because it's got so much going on there!! I'll keep you posted!! 😎💚
Andy C who I did a podcast with on my other channel is from Malvern. Some right stuff seems to be going on there. I look forward to seeing the vids you do there!
England seems to have really old facilities. Here in Sweden too, but the ice sheet has flattened out a lot of the really old stuff here. Now if their timeline can be trusted. Living in the middle of ancient ruins, so I have to do daily in the search if I want. Greetings from the land of the vikings!
Wet sandstone peeling off in thin layers and dissolving back into sand with minimal pressure isa quite natural formation. In a desert climate the same dry sandstone would be hard & brittle and would not dissolve between your fingers back to sand the same way. The British Isles are ancient and fascinating, so steeped in human history. From the 2500 years of more historic times in our past to the more distant past when Doggerland was above sea level and Britain was connected to the mainland. All the way back to Acheulian times 100,000 +++ years ago, Acheulian flint work found in Britain (hand axes and such) is quite extraordinary, The same silex based technology is found from Southern Africa all the way up to Northern Europe. This signature Acheulian Hand Axe style is unique, wide spread & and very long lived technology of working with flint/silex, covering anywhere from 500,000 years to 1 million + years, depending on the academic opinions. In more recent history the creation of so many artificial earthen mounds, hills, ditches and hill forts is fascinating, The advent of Lidar technology has exposed so much evidence of human occupation, alterations to the natural landscape that would otherwise be undetectable to the naked eye.
Very Good Advendture Like one that I did before there are many Ruins and anomalies hidden Structures that Hidden in these Remote places VERY Good Question How did it Get there ?!!! the Same Question that I asked when I found in My Fake Google Earth Trips Building the Buried in Sand and Silt only the Top of it Was Appeared and it Was in Remote Isolated place South East Alexandria City
It is natural my freind, these are those stratification layers Paul mistakes for striations. It does that in damp areas (on the north side of a hill or under trees and such) the black is a mould type of growth, most likely because the pollen from the pines. When it builds up like that it creates a slippery layer that sort of traps the moisture inside until it delaminated the outside crust. This builds up at the bottom of hills as the rain washes it down, over time it can form quite a deep mound or layer right up next to the bottom of the bank. Nice work my freind , some good examples and great commentary👍 Take care my freind😊

We used to picnic nr Ringwood & feed the wild ponies apples. Lovely area.
What is LIDAR?
like ground mapping...it shows upto 2 metres below the "surface" ... I will hopefully do a tutorial on how to use lidar the the future😎💚

Reminds me of 3D printing, the layering.
There's an image pops up on a Chromecast, that shows a rockface and it's layered exactly like 3D printing from top to bottom.
