Join me in my journey to uncover as much of our hidden past as possible.
Plenty of Boots on the Ground and showing you as much footage and information as possible on the sites i visit!! So in turn you can visit for yourselves or feel you are there in person for the duration of my videos.
So much more to His-story than we are told!!
Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this together and seek out as much BS as possible!!
I do this for no other reason other than I enjoy it and it fascinates me, I hope you feel the same whilst watching.

Sup bro! I'm still here mate just had some shitty luck past 12 months so channel got put on back burner.. Keep meaning to put out a video with a little explanation but havent got around to it so far..🤦♂️ Am hoping to get back into the swing of things shortly though🙏🙏 Hope you all good bro?! 👊👊😎💚
@@NickyBsHistory ah fare enuf brva I did wonder if U was going thru shit or something hope yr ok mate n Ur not the only one I think most of the country including myself av been goin thru it this year.. what a crap year.. ah well it's up to all of us to help eachother thru all this shit mate.. speak soon brva 💯💚🙏☮️✌️🇬🇧👌
Weird to watch this as was brought up near Bridgnorth until 11 YO. Took all this for granted esp., the castle. great to see yur adventures. Tank you.
Does any one else suspect this place might have been the original inspiration for Rudyard Kipling's King Louie's Castle in his novel The Jungle Book? Timelines match nicely, and timeless all the same 🤔🤣
An amazing place! It felt like a joyous playground; my dog certainly loved it! I didnt dare go into the caves; screw that 😅 Take care with little 'uns as there are some hefty drops. For older kids (including the Mums and Dads) it's a haven of adventure and bravado. As a parent, can confirm The Druids pub below (if you can find your way back) has a great range of drinks and snacks and the pies are incredible value! 🍻🥧
Bridgnorth is a beautiful town! We moved there in 1968 when I was two years old and when I was old enough I would play in the Leprosy Caves and disused railway tunnel. If you are wondering why there is a brick walk with window arches, it's because an old lady used to have a house built into the caves!!! 😮. During the Black death, loppers were sent to the caves to dwell out of the way of uninfected people.
Appreciate you reaching out with some fascinating info! It is such a lovely town to visit i dont envy you for living there😜. Are the caves you mentioned the ones on the cartway by any chance? Would love to pick your brain on any local knowledge you have🙌😎💚
Fascinating site, and a good video m8, enjoyed it.. id like to visit that place sometime.
The small entrances could be for animals, pets rather than people.
I think it’s art - creativity at its best 🤩 I live in Birchover ❤
Thanks man.

Where have ye gone??
Some health issues and other stuff going on has meant I've had to put a hold to this.. Hoping to sort something soon as i miss doing it😎💚
Rowtor rocks again really sick of seeing the same place loads of interesting places in Derbyshire .
I agree theres loads of places in that area but i only spent 2 days there last year and hit as many places as i could.. Rowtor rocks just happened to be the first stop off 😎💚
be going to tilly whim for year's and years never been in side, me mum went in as a kid before it closed in about the 50s. They also found 100s of fossil in side and have very rare bat's. Good video
I completely agree with you! I feel like they almost deliberately leave places partly smashed up
Never a quarry! That was the inside of a building/premises. You can see the scratch marks that show render would have been on top of it
Thats funny, I was just gonna say this is remnant of parts of Kinver, and I see its in the description. You know what? You see the same in China, Cambodia, and several other places. We need to map out globally what evidence we have!!
Oh my word mate! This is such a great find! Great footage and really enjoy your chilled, open narration. The narrative is always absolute BS mate!
The majority of those cellar holes and hatches are most likely coal shoots. It’s extremely common on houses of a certain age. We tend to ignore or forget they are they nowadays. The rest, I’d say were old stores for various uses and goods, ideal for keeping food stuffs cool as well. Sand stone is very easy to dig out or into.
Totally agree with you.. Had a different mindset when i dropped this video last year 😎💚
Exactly and they have a very active local history society who will answer any questions.
Was there yesterday on a rainy miserable day - no one there , like you I have no idea what thinking behind this was- reminds me of something that people like the mole man of our time may have built . Seems to lack any reason .
One of the more confusing sites I've been to in my time.. Awesome place nevertheless 😎💚
Hey Nicky B and Family - We are missing yous !!!
Hope you both are well!! I've missed being here aswell..should hopefully be back at it shortly(weather and other things haven't helped lol)..i got a few things i'm working on at the moment which i hope will be a good watch!! 😎💚
We are good ,gardening season starting soon + spent Winter reading lots about local history . Look forward to seeing yous again on your adventures - in the mean time keep warm 😊
Some of these small windows are cellars, but also, during world war 2 hitler had plans to occupy Bridgnorth as well
Yeah i had a different mindset back then but has changed since lol... Didnt know about Hitler although i know Bridgnorth was hit a fair few times during the war 😎💚
@nicky B , I agree our history is complete b.s. I think in the 20 s to the 40s many people used the woods for heating their homes. SO they cut down the trees, but the seeds remained, therefore in 80 years the forest grew naturally as the people started to use coal and oil to heat their home after ww2. just a theory, but wanted to share. fyi new subscriber here from the U.S.
Hi welcome along🙌🙌 Yeah i must admit some of my views previously dont necessarily match with my mindset now.. I still believe like you say history is complete bs. I should revisit some of my older videos and try to update if they dont match my current views😂 Appreciate you taking the time to comment and welcome your thoughts.. Happy holidays😎💚
Not been there for a few years but used to go regularly as a teenager. We used to call the rocking stone ‘The Heartstone’, it made the sound of a heartbeat when you rocked it. Don’t know if that’s it’s official name though.
It’s amazing in a cost of living crisis, how much money is being thrown around by the ‘authorities’. Also strange how so many councils across the UK are on the verge of bankruptcy in the same year 🤷♀️
Lego??? Can you ask to exchange it you might get a teeshirt ,novelty lighter 😂
😂
Yo yo Nicki b, can't be sure , probably wrong but the three in shot at end of vid, are they too long? LoL hope it's dry around your way, take care👍😊
Different configuration so cant get past this point 😂😎💚
This gave me flashbacks to the 80's growing up every Christmas....always pieces missing so I'd have to build something completely random to what i ordered lol
How lovely!
Best time to fix a potencial danger is before it happens. You may have noticed certain problems being aloud to fester in certain areas over the last few years, contrary to what paul thinks about people pushing dirt up infront to hide these awesome glimpses of times past it all obviously, yes even the twenty year old trees he says were planted just to make him mad🤣🤣they actually did a bungy jump from the top, dam swingers😲. If the homless are pushed out or the refugees cant be housed they , like the original occupiers will make them home, god forbid there was a slip next winter or a group tunnel deeper and have a problem with carbon monoxide, layers just love a good sueing. How big was that piece that wrecked the fence?. It may not be to stop people getting inside but someone walking along the track as that slipped and mangled the fence would be happy its there. You should see what the council are planning to do, they might sute it back up for the community?? Take care as always and for what its worth ,,i never considered you short sighted my freind, just finding the direction of your channel, and there are some very pretty areas youve shown us. Take care to you and your family , stay healthy👍😊
Your gonna have to let us out of our suspense now my freind😊👍
Wish i could but its blocked off and the location of it looks like it goes beneath a house👀😎💚
🧐🧨
Hi, you should read "Fingerprints of the Gods" by Graham Hancock, it will make your head spin. xx
Thanks for the tip I'll give it a read😊😎💚
@@NickyBsHistory he has a newer and an older version, for reference I have both and his other books too. I know this book will scratch the itch you have so to say. x
I am familiar with his work just not the book but have saved it to read it later.. Will let you know what comes up😎💚
Funny how we have thousands upon thousands of miles of exposed cliffs around the UK and many are unstable but they dont stick fences around them. It would be a real shame if that fence had holes bent into it or parts were pulled down.
Very good point! 😂😂 Where theres a will theres a way🤪😎💚
Nice one I would like to go back in time to see what they really were 👍 keep up the good work
I love sandstone
I agree not every fucking thing is poured is easy to carve into that stuff even with a stick. We are all pissing in the wind guessing no one will ever know none of us was there and anyone that claims the know what was going on is a total knob.
100% this! 😎💚
Bate time 👌
