NO OVEN! Delicious and very easy recipe, to be done on the run - Gabri's recipes

It is done without an oven, a pan is enough to cook them. Today I share with you my easy and delicious recipe. My friends (and not only) liked it a lot and I couldn't not share it with you.
To make my PAN COOKIES you need the following
INGREDIENTS :
DOUGH
3 egg whites
5 tablespoons of sugar
50 g of cold butter or 60 g of seed oil
10 tablespoons of 00 flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
CREAM
3 yolks
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 heaping tablespoon flour
the zest of a lemon
500ml of milk
