You won't buy cookies anymore!

Today I share with you the recipe for my cookies in the pan!
They are so quick and easy to make that you will never buy cookies again!
The cookies in the pan are without butter and are ready in 10 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
1 egg (weight 70 gr with the shell)
10 tablespoons of re-milled semolina flour or common flour (equivalent to 190 grams)
5 tablespoons of sugar (for a total of 70 g)
5 tablespoons of seed oil (equivalent to 40 g)
Strawberry jam for filling
powdered sugar to decorate
