Hi, I am beginning rollerskating and I have been doing yoga for quite a while as well, mostly vinyasa and yin. Are those sequences also for rollerskaters? Thank you in advance! 🙏🏻

You doing yoga to relax body after skateboarding so obviously is not good to do before your session 😉
