i guess im asking the wrong place but does anyone know of a way to get back into an Instagram account? I somehow forgot the login password. I love any tricks you can give me
@Moshe Richard thanks for your reply. I got to the site on google and im trying it out atm. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Yo jacob, i have tuned my sub by ohms law deck at 75 percent volume and when i play edm that has rlly low bas my subs unload hard and make the overcurrent crackly poppy sound. Today i sat in my car and turned subsonic on a bit to see how it is and it obviously like hit better and tighter/more tone came out the sub.. but i still couldnt turn my deck up to 75percent volume without it doing the crackle pop sound. Ino my crossovers is giving me a plus 90 degree phase and im running a pair of dvc 4 ohm subs down to 1 ohm and the other pair is a piar of 2 ohm dvc subs to 2ohms. As well my deck is only outputting .200ac volts from its sub pre out. So i do know im haveing to use my amps pre amp as low as it can go giving me bassicaly a pree amp of ×100 Ive tuned everything except subsonic by multimeter so i do know the power its set to match my subs rms rating. sub box is a 28 hrtz tuned ported sub box thats 5.0cubic feet i think it was and port is 26×3inchs or 28x3 dont quite remember but ya.. So with all that being said what would u think is there anything i can do while waiting for my knew deck? I mean i have been researching everything audio/ i watch sound engineering videos/ d'amore sound videos your videos, exo and much more but first box i ever built and first amps ive ever used that have a set 24 db slope -.- / :) My decks lpf crossovers do NOT turn off no way wen in two way crossover setting so its 1,2,or 3 i use 1 (Thinking 1 is 1rst order 2 is second order and thre is third order [6db,12db or 18db]) ** on every other type of music its fine and doesnt make the poppy crackly sound**
Mixing subs coil with dvc 2 and dvc 4 could be an issue to, especially if the same box. Shoot me a message and pics on my Instagram/Facebook Jacob Viral and maybe can help after understand more
Hi Jacob, I have another question. I have a 4th order box with (4) 12s, the rears of the subs play into individual sealed chambers but the fronts are all playing into a shared ported section. Do I have to check all 4 subs outputs at the same time to get box rise? I am running two amps per pair of subs.
It was very informative, however I believe you're not supposed to put the clamp meter around more than a single wire since it will not measure accurately.
I love how you break this down for everyone...
I try but it may not always be 100% correct but works for me so figured to share
Sup Jacob thank you for sharing this very important information this will come in handy when i put my box in my Hatchback of my 96 Ford Probe Se

@Moshe Richard It did the trick and I now got access to my account again. Im so happy:D
Thanks so much you saved my account!
@Malachi Gus You are welcome :D
I learned something new..thanks!
Your welcome steve thanks for subscribing!
Great info 👍🏿
Go-Rilla nice vid brother!

Correct me if I’m wrong, but you have each coil wired to your amp individually? And that wires a 1 ohm coil to .5?
Jude Elfert Ya He's wired to .5 I just watched it again just to clarify for myself.
Monoblock Class D One Channel Amp, but most amps have 2 inputs that are linked. Yes, I am at half ohm, starting from dual 1 ohm to half.
Multi meters need what kind of fuse and where can I get one.
Idk this one sorry
Will this work on strapped amps?
Yea just go off the sub wiring even if using 2 amps strapped
So does the clamp meter go around both speaker wires or just the positive?
Clamp on positive and meter on both.
So x= what you’re wired to .5 when say 2x rise 2 x .5 = 1 am I understanding this correctly?
Correct, so 2x rise for that frequency tested. Can change from tone to tone.
I noticed you’re using volts AC, shouldn’t your voltmeter be on DC voltage??
Never mind I just remembered speakers give out frequencies in AC
Awesome vid!
Thanks glad you get it 👍

1 amp per pair of subs*
Make sure your amp clamp is on AC amps.
Yes 👍
Yes that's what he said in the beginning of the video. Lol
First one here
