It looked like there was something, some kind of yellow packaging maybe, about to come out of the pipe on the left at the very end of the last clip.
I think that may have been a one way valve cover to prevent stuff from going back up the drain.
One thing I've learned from this videos is that there is no standard manhole depth. Some are really deep but others incredibly shallow. That surprises me, I'd have thought there was a "standard" or "required" depth.

OMG! I saw “jetter” and the big bowl of chunky Brunswick stew on the thumbnail and said I gotta see! Turns out, it was poop soup! I’m such a drain junkie because of this channel!😃 Oooh, someone likes carrots and corn, and doesn’t chew well.
