Beautiful behavior! My 3yo rottie male (intact) does the same with overexcited dogs. Unfortunately other dogowners see this as aggression with the noice he's making. Sometimes they even start screaming! I just started avoiding those dogs to avoid any confrontation with the owners who don't know anything about dog behavior and communication.
My Corso doesn't get to play too often with other dogs, but he's been well socialized. I had taken him to a local off leash park when noticed a lady with a dog large enough to play with mine. She instantly leashed him and exits the park. Asking if she was leaving because diesel was so excited she simply said no I'm scared my dog will attack urs. It was a pit bull. Long story short she was willing to with the fence between them. I talked her into letting them together even tho worried I was not yes he tried to go after diesel but with in 30 minutes they were playing. It was the owner punishing normal dog behavior, punishing him protecting herself. Even more so when husband and their 4 yr old daughter showed up . He was super aggressive but without 1 bark or bite from my dog I was able to introduce a new dog and have them playing. Do think owners need to be trained as you said dogs will work it out. This is part of reason the breed gets a bad rap not so massive people say no but there's alot of heart energy and bite in the breed and wouldn't even recommend a pit bull as am option for 1st time owners without proper owner training and basic obedience for pup.
Hey Jason, I got inspired by Joel and You and taught my 2 and a half years Corso, Argos, to be such as Prince and Bruce. Recently I took female corso. Argos is really her trainer. I am amazed by how well things are going.
my corso stayed with his golden cousin the other night. he learmed of he brought my sister toys like the golden did she would love on her more and give her praise. lol
Hey Corey, we have a GSD that is very well trained, she responds to hand and verbal signals and is very well behaved. She has a very strong prey drive. She's not aggressive at all with dogs, people but she killed my cats. I introduced her to the cats when she came home at 3 months old. She went after then every single time no matter what method or manner i tried. I tried to keep them separated but when she was a year old, she caught them and killed them. She is the sweetest dog, not a mean bone in her body. Is there a way to change her behavior? She's 9 now. I miss having cats. We have a 1 year old shihtszu that was no problem introducing...we had a rather large pack. But they were older and now we have 2. Please help if you can. Thank you
Miss my Magnificent Corso, he kept everyone in line, the respect he received was amazing... Even my senior cat misses him as that was her buddy. yet my other Corsos don't get that respect from people.
hey Mr.Corey , sir What would you do if bruce wayne was to show fear to men??? i ask because my dog was abused and neglected by a man , and is comfortable with myself as a man my 2 brother's my farther , uncle and grandfarther but is scared of men that are not in my family or he does not see regularly on a normal basis at the dog school is why im asking

Turns out you don’t have access to the courses for life! They will block you once they think you have had enough. I paid for the perfect puppy course and I am blocked from accessing the website.
Isn't that odd. My boy doesn't jump on anyone. And his other friend that comes over to play is part Jack Russell and Chihuahua his name is Nico. And when he gets too excited my boy will just take his front paw and knock Nico down. Is that normal? 🔯🕎✝️💜🤔

Bruce uses calm energy to get Norman to calm down. He was so patient with Norman's hyper energy. They settled it on their own. Good dogs. 🐕 🐕🐕🐕👍👍👍👍

My friend had the same problem. He started to socialize his dog as a puppy (but very slowly) meeting with lots of different people
