An “academic” series would be so fun! Museum curator, paleontologist, Professor, archeologist, explorer etc. let’s go Amy! Edit: Thanks for all the likes everyone! Let’s hope Amy saw!!
i love asmr roleplays where the ‘listener’ isn’t exactly a person or a conscious thing, either an object or animal without sentience. it’s relatively calming to me.
I also wanted to be an archivist! Or go into Art restoring. Now I'm doing something completely different but the fantasy is still nice sometimes. Love Videos that make me imagine how my life could have went

@@melinaalba63 life's interesting that way isn't it? You think you'll do one thing and end up on a whole other path. It is interesting to imagine what could've been.
AmyKay's hair is fantastic here. I like the character but wish she'd slip into whisper more frequently, to heighten the quiet intensity of focus into the mysterious, surreal, otherworldly realm of tingles.
As a graphic designer, I found it amusing you described the hierarchy (around 17:20) as the flow. It’s called visual hierarchy, it’s used in all forms of expressive art!
The passionate and in-depth, but slightly overly grand and wordy, analysis. The reminders to make notes and recognise when ideas are recurring. Major tingles. Perfection
She's the curator. Nobody knows the collection better and she'll keep it in perfect condition. I love these inanimate object as the viewer videos. It's a fun perspective and I like to puzzle together what we look like as we're being described.
As an art student, all the descriptions were so on point in terms of vocab and phrasing... Great job Amy!! I would love to see this type of video become a series 😊😊😊
I'm genuinely curious whether Amy stares at the camera or she puts something in place to look at for 30+ minutes. Also, I admire her production quality, even how she styles her hair.
@@anokgustav often, yes, but a painting is a lot less exciting than actual artifacts from an ancient time. Weapons of war from African tribes, extinct species of animal in all their taxidermic glory, etc. Lots of evidence of human struggle and life lived. Paintings and sculptures are just a sign that times were good 😂 people don't paint when they're fighting for their lives. That's my reasoning anyway, OP might have different reasons
@@anokgustav Of course it is. However, art has normally been treated as something disconnected, more elevated that requires lots of previous knowledge to enjoy. I really disagree with this idea. Also, as (almost) everyone covers some history at school, it is easier to understand, or you can relate it with things you already know. And normally these types of museums are more interactive. Another reason could be... Some people just don't enjoy plastic art, or doesn't feel strong emotions just looking at it. They prefer music, films or even videogames. And that's also fine. I hope I've helped you a bit! 😅
this video feels like a niche made just for me?? like im literally history student interning in a museum right now, and my dream is to be the curator of an art museum someday! thank you for this insanely specific genre of asmr lol!
"...Do not damage the painting with your hot breath.. Thank you..." This - I feel this lmao 🤣 I work as a gallery attendant in an art museum and my job essentially is to guard the art and politely inform people to not touch/ get too close to the art. But, some days I wish I could go off and tell these people exactly this phrase when they're clearly are invading the artwork's bubble lmao 😂
I’ve watched a few different role plays recently of me being a muse for artists and now my head cannon is that the art your talking about is one of their works, great work Amy!
Amy, you are one of the most talented ASMR artists, and also an incredible actress, period! Your creativity is amazing, none of your videos are ever the same and you come up with so many fun ideas. Your facial expressions, range of accents, costumes, hair and makeup are all always stunning. We are so grateful you share your gifts to help us all relax! ❤
Really good video, Amy 💜 I really like the character, how passionate she is and how much does she gesticulate -as a devote of the piece-. All the curators and guides I've met gave me the same feeling while talking of art. And a really good touch moving the hands and the brush, "drawing" in the air the details we have. I would love to see what painting we are! (Did you based the description in a real piece?) Thank you for the video!!! 💜
I love art museums. 2 years ago, I went on a field trip with my high school students and shows the arts on the wall including a man holding two hands on his face with a pose between the water and a sun.😊💙💙💙💙💙💙💙👍. After that, I see another art with lots of people sitting on the ground and enjoy the fresh air with umbrellas to protect the sun.😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍. Well done, Amy. You're the greatest!😊😙💙💙💙💙💙💙🌷💖💖💖💖💖💖😊🎇👍
Art museums are a good time. Your character look like she was inspired by Evie from the Mummy. Congratulations on the goal being met and smashed. It was heartwarming to see how much the community cares.
my parents are arts management professors, one of whom specializes in museum management, so i grew up in art museums. i love them, and i’ve heard a ton of stories from them. (and honestly, this character is probably someone who’d be insufferable to work with 😅😂 but wonderful to have exposit about you!)
this reminds me of helping my boyfriend with his art essays when he was stressed- where i had no idea what i was doing but i did stuff anyway 😅😅 very relaxing, 'cause there's talking but you're not talking to 'us'- like when Gibi did the "Unexplained Experiments on You (Low Pressure Personal Attention)" video. always amazing work, thanks Amy! 💝💝
Hello, it is currently 6am and I had very alarming nightmares last night. I didn't know what to do but then I thought I should watch some asmr. My first thought was you, so ofc I picked you. I just want to say thank you so, so much for everything you do. I hope you sleep peacefully when you do rest and I hope you have an amazing day to match your amazing personality. Love, A fan of yours ❤️💐
You have no idea how comforting your videos are to me 😢 I took my board examination for Psychologist, and I played your videos on the nights I had to take my exam. I am waiting for the result and this video came the most perfect time because I am so anxious 😢 Thank you! This is such a great video.❤
Love these rp videos!! I need another mummy with the sarcophagus, that’s actually what made me subscribe as it was my first ever video I watched of you 🥰
Amy , you are the best. God bless you girl. Stay healthy stay confident. You really deserve all the appreciations. All the best for a very bright , prosperous future ahead. Love from India.❤❤❤❤❤
I would like a asmr roleplay set in the toy story universe where the listener are a toy pretending to be inanimate while the character is sure they saw us move and trying out all sorts of tests to try to sus us out
I had noticed that we achieved over 3000 dollar in one day, love this amazing community and glad to be part of it, you have a great community Amy, I hope they get all their wishes granted :)
ahhh this was such a fun creative idea! i love this character. she really suits you! or you suit her. whichever way, i love it! 😂 she reminds me of jane from tarzan, my childhood favorite disney character and movie 🥲

This video is gorgeous!!! I love the way you play this character, your accent and hand movements are so super tingly 😴
Ahhh thank you so much!! You are too sweet 😊💕
ahhhh! Ish moon! :3 why hewo
This is my opportunity to say that you too would be the perfect duo for an asmr collab 🫣
OMG MY TWO WORLDS ARE COLLIDING

Omg yes
Yes yes and 100 times yes!
I would love to be a dinosaur fossil for a while lol
omg yes i'd absolutely love that
Agreed.
Amy's range as a character actress is as wide as the range of things that manage to give me anxiety, and that is a *big* compliment
i love asmr roleplays where the ‘listener’ isn’t exactly a person or a conscious thing, either an object or animal without sentience. it’s relatively calming to me.
Yes same here!!!
It does relieve you of any sense that you need to respond. I'm not being rude, I just lack vocal cords
Do you have any particular favorites of these you could point me towards? I'm very fond of roleplays where we're not a conscious listener as well
The timeless desire to be a rock
calming absolutely... Uk ahat i liks? BEING INSULTED 😭😭😭😭😭😭

I usually don’t like art museums, I like history museums. But for Amy, I’ll make an exception.
But isnt some art part of history this is a genuine question like I ain’t trying to be mean I swear
They're often closely related, tho. Art can make history, influence it or record it.

Loved how this art professor character. It would be great to see an Art Restoration video with her
Amy looks so good with that vest and that haircut. Like not to be gross but I’d be focused more on her than the art if I were in this museum
2 seconds in and this is INCREDIBLE! both your style and acting are gorgeous
