"Peru" Cardio Dance Fitness

Some of these movements are pulled from a Dancehall workshop I took many moons ago and some from other videos floating around in UA-cam land. If you ever get a chance to take a workshop, I highly recommend it. Vitalidad Movement Center in Portland, OR has offered some great classes that explain the how and why of a dance style along with a routine using iconic movements of the style. I use those movements often in my routines, which helps keep the dances true to genre. :)
