Great information. Thanks for shining a light on Joe’s info. Very helpful. I sent 2 to Hoosier this year and I’m pretty sure I was the exception to the rule. Both flew the whole series and got them both back, finished 212th on the final. It can be disconcerting to see all the losses on training tosses and in races. Thanks for the work that goes into your videos, appreciate the efforts.
Thanks for the kind words Jason! Appreciate it! Hey that’s fantastic-212 in the Hoosier final! Congrats! Also impressive that both made it through the entire series. Clearly you have some good birds there! Keep it up my friend!
Thanks a million James for sharing this, awesome website packed with great stats, this is what will help make a good informed decision to which OLRs to send birds to. Thank you and obviously thank you Joe Nemelka for creating it!! This is terrific...
Hi James , can you tell me where you get your water drinkers from, like the elevated white one in your breeding loft. Thanks. Hannes from New Zealand 🇳🇿
Sad to see they didn't continue the website into 2022! Does anyone have a resource or site like this now? I've been saying we need it for transparency and info, but the day I found it, it's a year old haha. Thanks!
I agree. It is great for the sport to have this transparency but it was a lot of work for my friend who was doing it all by himself. Sad it is no longer continued and I do not know of anything like it. Hopefully someone else will pick it up and get it going again. Thanks Tim!
HI JAMES, LOOKS LIKE I MISSED A FEW VIDEOS. I SAW A VIDEO OF THE HOOSIER CLASSIC. I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT I SAW. THEY GOT ALL THE BIRDS ONTO A TRAILER READY FOR TRAINING. THEN THEY SAID. " NO THEY ARE NOT GOING, THE WEATHER IS TOO BAD " IT WAS CLOUDY BUT THEY WEREN'T RAIN BEARING CLOUDS. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE DAY. THAT IS WHY THEY ARE WAY DOWN THE LIST. MOLLY CODLING YOUNG BIRDS DOES THEM NO GOOD AND INEVITABLY LEADS TO MORE LOSSES. THE DAY MIGHT NOT BE PERFECT, BUT IT WAS GOOD ENOUGH. FEAR OF LOSING PIGEONS HAS MADE THEM SLOPPY AND INEPT. IT NEEDS CHANGE AT THE TOP OF THE DECISION MAKING. I KNOW THE PRIZE WINNERS WILL BE DELIGHTED, BUT HOW MANY GOOD PIGEONS HAVE THEY THROWN AWAY THROUGH BEING TOO OVER CAUTIOUS. GREAT VIDEO AGAIN THEY ARE LOOKING WELL. 🌟💯👍
Thanks Kevin! Yeah, I was wondering if you were ok cause I didn’t see you comment for a few videos. Glad you are ok. Are you on Facebook? That’s interesting insight about Hoosier; I remember them backing out of that race too. I think part of it is trying to make everyone happy, but I think you are correct-just train them thoroughly even in moderate weather and they will be ready for the races series.
i remember reading that in many races you can look at your training stats, and decide whether or not to pay the fee to send your pigeon out on that first race. so that would be a young bird who was entered, but didnt "make it" to the first race, yes? i am sad the websight doesnt appear to be still running, it looked like a good resource
Actually nearly all races do not let you pick and choose like that when it comes time to activate your birds. Have to active them all otherwise it significantly decreases the winning pools 💵
That was good info but more birds the more loss U will have For one reason a few people can not give what attention they truly need To keep they on the level the birds truly need
Very good video and thanks for the shoutout!
Thank YOU my friend! A great service to the sport!

@RFRP ah. Likely I misunderstood...or it may have been one of the few races that did that!
Hey man what’s your contact info? I was hopping to buy a pair from you
