Why do we need to provide training to women military officers for peace operations?
Hear from the participants of the Women’s Military Peace Operation Course (WMPOC) on their experiences. WMPOC is an initiative of UN Women, supported by Member States and the Integrated Training Service of the UN Department of Peace Operations.
Last year, the course was hosted by the Ministry of National Defense in the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Korea Peacekeeping Operations Center (ROKPKOC) with support from UN Women Centre of Excellence for Gender Equality.
