I collect date nails, railroad nails, utility pole number nails, etc. I recently bought some horseshoe nails on eBay that are interesting and I know nothing about them. They have a range of stamped numbers on the heads like 1 and 8, another has 2 and 3, 2 and 5, 2 and 9, and so on. Some have the letters NW on the side. Can you direct me to where I might find out more info these? thanks!
I've never seen any like that. They might be European nails. I Don't know, especially without seeing them. You might contact the American Ferrior Association. Thanks for watching.
