It’s an embarrassment to any city, which is why they rightfully should continue to gentrify(clean up) your areas. Ninjas have no sense of pride or organization to improve areas where they are concentrated in. When people visit it’s an embarrassment to the city when areas like the west side , Joseph E Lowry, parts of Hollowell etc still look appalling. Boarded up dilapidated homes, vacant barren undeveloped lots similar to areas of Detroit. Luckily that’s only a small forgotten area of the city which will eventually be gentrified. With fifa around the corner, there is no way they can allow ghettos like that and ninjas to just repel points off of the overall tapestry of the city.
