Probable never. With most things going encrypted or like the local ambulance here going with verizon push to talk there is getting less to monitor. With that it means not as many going to buy a new scanner so I doubt they are even thinking about it
It's not that difficult to get your scanner to scan a little faster the problem is holding/stopping on the frequency that it picks up lol. Good stuff thanks for posting
