*Works so well **Fastly.Cool** that it only requires daytime operation until high temp and humidity are overnight. It is difficult to get to side filters, but back is easily accessible.*
I am surprised that it cooled efficiently due to the absence of a single curtain, in any room. Not being snarky- this may actually attest to its performance I'm looking to purchase one second-hand. Whisper mode for primary bedroom, adjacent to cathedral ceiling- really really hoping for the best here....
My unit PAC-EX 130 is definitely not "whispering" in the quiet mode !!! I think the unit may work on a different cycle when selecting the quiet mode, but when the compressor comes on, the noise level is the same as in the auto mode.
I didn't know my Pinguino 6700 BTU (11500BTU ASHRAE) 115 Volt could cool by using the DEHUMIDIFIER feature. My starting temp. was 75°F... now it's 73°F. Neato!
Tell us the model number, please. The company has numerous models. Also, can I ask why your site isn't encrypted? My browser (Apple, latest) said your site is not safe, so I bailed instantly. Lastly, how can a review be complete without showing the water-emptying routine? For every portable A/C it's the only real hassle that regularly comes up!
Even energy-efficient portable ACs consume a lot of power. If you're going to use one with a surge protector, you definitely need to make sure it's rated to handle the power load.
00:51, that is not nearly whiper levels, even the company says so you didn't mention it is damn loud while functioning, that make this channel untrustable anymore, pitty.
Probably the "new economy" has also hit Delonghi, in the fairy tale of silent mode now nobody believes anymore, apart from you who have to do their interests ....

Great video, thanks!
You might need to adjust sound levels, as at times the music was too loud and made it hard to hear what you were saying.

It ain't near whisper levels when the condenser fires up, that's for damn sure.
Does this need to be vented out the window if only using dehumidifier mode?

If you think the sound of a plane taking off is silent, then this is also silent
😂😂😂
Well it sounds like somebody needs a nap. Is it nap-time? Yes it is (smooch on forehead)
What is the specific model number of this unit?
Pinguino makes about 6 bazillion models. Which one is this?
Thank you for the review, I was wondering, does this unit self evaporate?
Wondering the same thing. I think most pengunos over 12000 btus self evap but I could be mistaken
Good review I would say but it's missing how energy efficient this model is compared to other brand names with similar capacity out there.
You're right! Thanks for the feedback - always looking for ways to improve.

https only matters if you are buying from the website
So this unit cannot be plugged into a Power surge?

It didn't work with Google or Alexa. Wt a rip off. False advertisement
Has to say WiFi for that, duh!
How do you have so much subs but only 1 like. The second life was from me.
This thing is an expensive, noisy piece of crap.
