That particular model is spec is bit cheap and fragile… we broke a few plastic parts on that ride and giant graciously replaced them but they would brake quite easily again … if you can try and get a slightly better model for longevity would be better
Yes my friend is still riding and has no other complaints, Another one probably worth checking out is the Yamaha e-bikes I hear they are pretty good but Havnt got to try one yet
