Just wanted to say that I love how openly you talked about postpartum depression & "baby blues" in your video. Not sure how it is in Australia or any other country, but in America it is sort of a taboo topic to discuss.. Almost like some people look down on you for it, as if it means your weak or unable. My daughter just turned 6 months old & I dealt with "baby blues" and anxiety after I had her for like 3 months. I think all men and women need to realize that during/after pregnancy, your hormone levels are not something that you can control.. And to feel down is completely normal and it is okay! No matter what level of depression or how upset you are, it is always important to speak up about how you're feeling and get the proper amount of help...

Being super young helps. I was 22 and 24 when I had my boys. I was much older when I had my daughter. With both both I bounced back super fast and got actually skinnier. It's a lot easier when you're younger

Tanaé Briana Early labor your contractions are not so bad and can be compared to a horrible day of cramps but active labor is totally different. Its is your entire uterus contracting so your whole belly hardens and you honestly have to focus on low slow breaths just to breathe through the pain. With my experience, I went natural 3 times wanting to stay away from the epidural but with each labor things just didnt work out as planned. I felt so exhausted that I couldnt make it birthing stage. My first son had to be monitored bc of his low heart rate during my contractions and the nurses were about to wheel me out for an emergency cesarean bc I wasnt dialating my last couple cm fast enough so baby was under distress but thankfully my OB checked just before they started moving my bed and she said his head was already coming out. After this experience I was dead set on not ever taking the epidural again. Nearing the birth stage contractions can get seconds apart and the duration increases and contractions become extremely hard to bare. I have respect for any woman who endures labor especially natural labor and birth! Staying active during pregnancy & being fit also have a huge effect on how your body handles labor! I know I typed a whole lot but just want to give young ladies some perspective and though Tammy is an amazing mom and is definitely inspiring you want to be sure to have your life set up for success as well as be well informed before diving into motherhood.

And then with my second he was 3 hours so my contractions were small and irregular and they completely skipped the 5 minutes apart and went straight to one after the other so it was so intense I cried and had him within 10 minutes of being in hospital :) so I guess it goes to show how each labours can be different!! Also because of how fast my labours were I never got the epidural with either.. But I think I tolerated the pain pretty well I just breathed through both labours :)
Rauchelle Larmond I dunno... when my period is bad, my cramps are debilitating... I cant move, all I can do is roll around on the floor and scream and moan. And they come and go like contractions except they are about 15 seconds apart and get FURTHER and further apart over time. So I have way less time to recover before the next time comes. It affects my body so much that I pass out and vomit a lot.....as well as some other disgusting things 😭 Even a doctor told me they sound like pregnancy contractions. Of course I've never been in labor before so I cant say for sure until it happens lol, but like I said I'm just HOPING its like that so I'll be somewhat prepared for the pain

I don't know why but whatever. My last trimester was soooo difficult. I had crazy itching everyday. It got to the point where I could not do day to day activities because it was so unbearable! I told my doctors about it and the first time the blood results came back fine but i told her that the itching was so bad and we did two more tests. One night I took a bath with oatmeal to help with the itch and i ended up falling asleep in there because that was the only way the itch stopped. Once i woke up I realized i had fallen asleep I got up and fell asleep on the bed. During this time I stayed at my moms because my husband was out of time and I did not feel comfortable giving birth alone. At 2am I started having really bad contrations and had my son later that night. The itching finally stopped after having him. Fast forward two weeks later I was checking my email and I've seen an email from my OBGYN and it stated that i needed to go to the hospital because I had a condition called Obstetric cholestasis, which has caused the itching and if i did not go into labor soon it could affect to baby. I was shocked that i received no phone call but an email. I was beyond pissed but grateful everything turned out okay.
My skin wasn't elastic since I was young. At 13-14 years old I get 99% of my stretch marks and now that I'm 32 wihout having babies, I can't worst this situation because all the damages were done in that period! So I guess it depends!
Unfortunately most of the youtubbers that I watch (not all of them) are under the impression that they came just during pregnancy so I felt the need to say that...plus I feel that for some people it's almost a disease so I would like to share my experience once I was little I don't even know that this state of the skin exists and I can't put any lotion because I wasn't prepared (and I didn't have the money and still not to prevent that)

This video is amazing. I can’t believe she had a C-Section and is so proud. When I find out that I was going to have an emergency C-Section I got so sad the whole process was sad for me. The doctors told me that I can’t workout for SIX MONTHS because I could get an hernia. And I’m here looking this super motivating video and in 2 days finally I’m going to be able to start working out again! . Since the doctor forbade me to use any type of postpartum fascia (waist trainers etc) because of the wound I have a lot of lose skin but I love the energy she gives in the videos and I feel like I want to go and start right now. Fast forward two weeks later I was checking my email and I've seen an email from my OBGYN and it stated that i needed to go to the hospital because I had a condition called Obstetric cholestasis, which has caused the itching and if i did not go into labor soon it could affect to baby. I was shocked that i received no phone call but an email. I was beyond pissed but grateful everything turned out okay.

My skin wasn't elastic since I was young. At 13-14 years old I get 99% of my stretch marks and now that I'm 32 wihout having babies, I can't worst this situation because all the damages were done in that period! So I guess it depends!

Unfortunately most of the youtubbers that I watch (not all of them) are under the impression that they came just during pregnancy so I felt the need to say that...plus I feel that for some people it's almost a disease so I would like to share my experience once I was little I don't even know that this state of the skin exists and I can't put any lotion because I wasn't prepared (and I didn't have the money and still not to prevent that)

This video is amazing. I can’t believe she had a C-Section and is so proud. When I find out that I was going to have an emergency C-Section I got so sad the whole process was sad for me. The doctors told me that I can’t workout for SIX MONTHS because I could get an hernia. And I’m here looking this super motivating video and in 2 days finally I’m going to be able to start working out again! . Since the doctor forbade me to use any type of postpartum fascia (waist trainers etc) because of the wound I have a lot of lose skin but I love the energy she gives in the videos and I feel like I want to go and start right now. Love this video! I'm currently pregnant with baby #2 (they will be 2yrs apart) and boy is it hard. It's so difficult when you have to attend to a toddler and then have to deal with all the pregnancy stuff. Somehow this video put me at ease. Lots of blessings to you and your family 💖
