    Hi sis. I am here taking notes. I have never eaten this, but I have eaten potato leaves and cassava leaves. Oh wow. Yes, you got a lot of dirt/debris off the leaves. Thanks for showing that process. I can just imagine the aroma in your kitchen. Thanks for sharing this recipe sis. Sandee

    I love kienyeji vegetables, you've prepared this so well... And thanks for the tip on using baking powder to soften them. Much healthier than using baking soda...

    I hardly cook kunde cause the ones I get always taste bitter…yummy with ugali ya kusaga the kienyeji way 😋

    Just watching this as I prepare my kunde.. I have used magadi instead of baking powder.. si ni sawa ama?

      Magadi is used as a substitute though personally I avoid it because it weakens bones when used over time... Thanks for watching!
