I'm so sad! I love your place and all your aircraft! I usually visit once a year.
So what and where is act 3?
Will we as the general public be able to see your beautiful collection once again?

I doubt very seriously there will be an "Act Three". Kermit Weeks is your typical silver spoon fed narcissist, wannabe celebrity. He did not amass his own fortune like Walt Disney. Kermit's fortune was handed to him by his grandfather who designed oil fields. He blew a lot of his inheritance on these big boy toys because hes a hoarder and flying is what he loves to do. But he is a terrible business man and I wouldn't trust him with my modest bank account. After homestead, I have a feeling his financial advisers we consulting him to start a business so he could continue to hoard and fly more aircraft. So he opened "Fantasy of Flight" to the public to come gaze over his collection of toys. He started a public advertising gimmick of "Where dreams take flight" and "find your inner self through aviation" mumbo jumbo. However over the years of trying to be the Disney of aviation and spouting out atta boy cliches left and right, he began to realize his business model would not sustain itself because there simply is not enough aviation buffs that could keep it afloat. Most days there were more employees at that place than customers. To tell people there will be an "Act Three" is disingenuous and I think Kermit knows it. It just buys him time to try and find another way to sustain whatever is left of his fortune.
However, I must thank him for blowing a lot of his grandfather's money on such a collection and restoring aircraft we would never be able to see otherwise. Thank god he didn't take his fortune and stick it into where most successful businessmen do, commodities. Kermit will leave a legacy that no one has or probably never because he is a dreamer, not a realist. And for that, I can't thank him enough!

Actually Mr Weeks now makes more money through his own investments (outside of FoF) than he does from his oil royalty checks.
