This might be a silly question but... I don't see the requirement to provide proof of ongoing relationship in the I-129f application. Can someone help me see where this is? I only see proof of meeting in person in the last 2 years.

Passport stamps, travel itinerary/tickets, hotel bookings, photos together, with friends and family. Any proof that will show you personally met each other.

Yes, as long as it has your name or fiancé name on it. A confirmation that you had a hotel booking. Otherwise, you can have other proof of evidence to provide if a hotel booking receipt isn’t available.
Hi po, ask ko lang kung kailangan pa ba itranslate yung mga conversation namin in english, kapag nagsend kami ng proof of on going relationship? Thanks in advance.
Yes sis. Dapat translated into english. As much as possible pumili ka ng quality conversations nyo in english. Kung ikaw ang magtranslate, it’s better you include a certification letter stating that you are fluent/conversant in English and Tagalog languages and competent to translate Tagalog to English and vice versa.
Ask ko lang sis yung mga documents po ba na ipinasa sa USCIS binigay ba ng embassy sayo yon? yung sa amin kasi matagal ko na natanggag yung letter from NVC, pero wala akong natanggap na notice from US Embassy Manila. September last year ko pa natanggap from NVC, inabot ng Covid. Kailangan ko bang tawagan ang embassy?
Yung mga documents na pinasa sa USCIS (K1 visa packet) ay ipapadala ng NVC sa US Embassy Manila once your case status is ready and nakapagset ka na ng interview schedule. Wala ka po talaga marereceive any notice from US embassy manila. But as far as I know, hindi pa din sila nag aaccept ng regular k1 visa interview, only expedited cases lang ineentertain nila.
Hello maam may question po ako nbasa ko po kasi na 1 requirement osa k1 is 2 year relationship and kailangan ngkita kayo within 2 years. How many months po kayo in a relationship before kayo ngapply ng k1 visa?
Required po magmeet kayo in person within the last 2 years before filing the k1 visa application. Hindi po kelangan na 2 years in a relationship. Ang importante lang po nagkita kayo in person the last 2 years.

It’s not actually required magprovide ng remittance receipt pero pede din naman if gusto mo as additional evidence. 🙂

may idea kba kung pwede nako mag file ng k1 visa para makuha gf ko? kaso di pako usa cit. right after ba ng us cit pwede na mag apply ng k1?

After a month sis nareceive ko na EAD card. Combination of employment authorization document and advance parole.
