I think you could make some good improvements to this build. Try max conviction on the pally as main aura, with all those plus skills it will make your hydras and elem attacks much better than merc conviction. Then, try a freeze merc act3, their cold damage will benefit a lot from your lvl 35-40 conviction, and most importantly, they will freeze the mobs stationary so hydras kill mobs better when mobs are not moving around. Then for pally weapon, try a higher damage weap with ctc ele of some type, something other than fire.
Hi Bro! Would you try out a build where you use holy fire aura and hydras for attack. Like a Mage. You attack with only fire skills. Trangs set provide a variety of fire skills. I think it would be fun to play. I made a build with Maxroll planner but every time I put it here UA-cam deletes my comment.

After you've played maxed out "meta" builds, it gets boring. Theory crafting and making weird off-meta builds becomes alot more fun than the same thing over and over. If you ever start playing d2r you'll eventually find that out and wanna do it to

I like to use conversion with my Hydradin, but going for Dragon and Pheonix on swap is actually quite cool. I might consider swapping to it.

did you try to use sorc fire skillers to see if it increases hydra damage?
I did actually try that, doesn't work tho unfortunately

Interesting but extremely slow kill speed, probably not usable above p2-p3
But very fun on Players 1. I would say that estimate would be correct at capping out at P3
