The sauce that comes with the Samosas is called tamarind chutney, which has a sour and sweet taste to it
You can even try green chutney or ketchup, whichever one you prefer😊
The sauce which you had with samosa is made of "tamarind"....and the dosa is made of "lentils"...and what you had with dosa was "sambar" and coconut chutney that's a kind of sauce and then you had "gulab jamun" the liquid in it is basically sugar syrup the balls are fried and dipped in oil and dipped in sugar syrup.....you pronounced pretty well.....your are amazing.....lots of love from India 🇮🇳😍♥️
