Very interesting. But I find it hard to believe the inscription '1910' at 11:58 has been there for over a hundred years. It must have been written much later because in that long time I guess it would have darkened in colour. I could be wrong of course.
@@PierreFarrugia Neither am I, but still, oxidisation occurs when oxygen combines with the rock. Anyway, still worth the visit. You have been to places I never knew existed in Malta. Keep it up
In 1996 one cave ‘operator’ gave us a lit candle and sent us in a cave one at a time. They stayed above ground 😂. The breeze often blew out your candle and it became pitch black. Nice video.
It's very dark in there , you could do with knee length boots .is the water 💦 good for drinking ?. Thank you for showing us 🤠☺️ this cave .could have been under British rules , no one knew about it . You and others are showing us you don't have to go far to see such interesting places 😉🐱 Malta has got its treasures too .
No but that was a myth i believe. It may be Ghar Dalam. There are plenty of myths about Malta like crystal skulls and reptilians spotted by the English media in caves. What is a shame is that most the bones or human skulls found unfortunately disappeared without trace, basically stolen after they were reported. Great history.
Great video pier
My father was in Royal navy, he died in Falkland war. He was in many places when he was in navy
May he rest in peace , maybe this was one of his relaxing places
Wow what a hidden treasure. When I think of St Julian’s I just think of hotels and nightclubs but will think of it differently now
Thanks again 👍
Very cool and interesting video. Well done and keep it up 💯
Thanks

I am not an expert so I cannot say 100%, could it be, that being in a cave that has very few human visits and no sun , wind or rain, not deteriorate ?

is it on a property or can you access it with no need of going on someone's property?
it’s surrounded by a fance , and somewhere I read it’s private property
@@PierreFarrugia lucky you managed to go through with no one catching you ;) thank you for the video. love to go there myself soon
thanks
It looks like a man made cut cave, to serve as a well.
Interesting Theory , but many experts say it’s natural , apart from the stairs
Prosit Pierre !
Thanks
WHY would you have a mask on??? Ruins it. :(
I know it’s crazy and ridiculous but unfortunatly that the law right now 🤬
