Swapping out the stock basket with IMS E&B Basket | Results of slow beans feeding | The Argos

In this video, I changed 2 variables, which was not ideal in dialling in espresso.
First is that I swap out the stock filter basket with the IMS E&B 22g basket.
Secondly, instead of feeding all the beans into the grind chamber all at once, I did a slow feeding.
Immediately, I was observing a much more consistent grind and significantly less fine coffee powder.
This had caused the extraction to be too fast as there were fewer coffee fine powder to impede the flow of water.
As a result, the espressos that I was getting were more towards the acidic side except the last shot, which I had to grind less than 10 on the SSP Lab Sweet Cast Burrs.

Hello i know this video is about something else but I saw that you reviewed the smeg egf03 coffee machine and you said that it can froth milk and brew at the same time but nobody ever shows that it can actually do it and smeg only says that it preheats quickly so i would really want to know if it can actually do it. If you know for sure or have tested it out i would appreciate you telling me❤
